The 'Dirrty' singer - who is six months pregnant with her first child with husband Jordan Bratman - admitted it is difficult to avoid temptation but is very aware of the consequences of her actions.
She said: "Sometimes I wish I could go out to a party or a club and just be able to be free, but there's a consequence with the temptation - you know you'll feel it the next day when you wake up. There are too many things I have to accomplish."
Christina, 26, admits it was very difficult to avoid the trappings of celebrity when she was young.
She added in an interview with Glamour magazine: "When you hit 20 or 21 and you're around drugs and alcohol, everyone has a moment when they like to dabble in it and express themselves. It's called being young - but there is a boundary.

Britney Spears has been forced to tone down the video for her comeback single 'Gimme More'.
In the original video, the singer flashed her breasts and appeared with what look like leaves covering her bare nipples.
However, The Sun reports that the singer has now cut out those topless scenes.
As to why Britney would take a step like this, well that's because US censors would have only allowed the video to be broadcast at night if the cut had not been made.
And while fans will not get to see Britney topless, they will be able to hear her new album sooner than expected, for record label Jive has decided to release it earlier than the Nov. 13 date.
The album, Blackout, will now be available to fans on Oct 30 due to 'unauthorised leaks'.
Though Jive has not detailed Blackout's tracks beyond "Gimme More", it has been reported that the album will feature the songs "Heaven on Earth," "Piece of Me," "Break the Ice" and "Radar," one of the leaked cuts.

Sir Elton John has confirmed that he is the owner of the picture seized by police in a child porn inquiry. However, he insisted that the picture had been 'widely published and exhibited throughout the world' without objection.
The controversy began a couple of days ago when officers from Northumbria Police took the picture away after being called in by the management of he Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead, Tyneside, just hours before it was due to go on display.
On his official website, Sir Elton John says that this would not have been the first time that people would have seen the picture by Nan Goldin, which depicts two young girls playing together in front of a kitchen sink. One is skimpily dressed, the other is naked and lies beneath her, knees bent and legs splayed towards the camera.
"The photograph entitled Klara and Edda belly-dancing (1998) is one of 149 images comprising the Thanksgivinginstallation by renowned US photographer Nan Goldin," Times Online quotes Sir Elton, as saying on his website."The photograph exists as part of the installation as a whole and has been widely published and exhibited throughout the world. It can be found in the monograph of Ms Goldin's works entitled The Devil's Playground, has been offered for sale at Sotheby's New York in 2002 and 2004, and has previously been exhibited in Houston, London, Madrid, New York, Portugal, Warsaw and Zurich without any objections of which we are aware."
Honey Luard, of the White Cube where the Thanksgiving collection was first displayed in 1999, said: "The image would have been part of our show. To my memory there was no outcry at the time. Nobody objected to the picture. Nan Goldin is internationally acclaimed, a highly respected artist."

George Clooney Injured in Bike Crash

George Clooney and a companion were injured on Friday when their motorcycle collided with a car on a narrow road across the Hudson River from New York City.
Clooney suffered a broken rib and scrapes while his passenger, Sarah Larson, broke her foot in the 3:30 p.m. collision. The two were treated at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen and released, Clooney's spokesman, Stan Rosenfield, said.
"He's doing fine," Rosenfield said. "He has a broken rib, it's very painful and it'll take a long time to heal."
Clooney and Larson were traveling north and sped up to pass on the right of a 1999 Mazda Millenia that was preparing to make a right turn, said Weehawken police Sgt. Sean Kelly. Both were wearing helmets.
It wasn't known whether the Mazda's driver, whose identity was not immediately released, used a turn signal, Kelly said. The accident was under investigation.
"It's a he-said, she-said right now, but you can't pass on the right in Weehawken or anywhere in Jersey," Kelly said.
Rosenfield said the accident occurred when the vehicle signaled a left-hand turn, but turned right and struck Clooney's motorcycle.
"The car signaled left. George was riding to the right. The driver decided to make an abrupt right turn and clipped George," he said.
The 46-year-old actor was in the New York area to film the dark comedy "Burn After Reading," co-starring Brad Pitt, John Malkovich and Frances McDormand. Clooney's recovery shouldn't interrupt the production's schedule, Rosenfield said.
Clooney's latest film, "Michael Clayton," will be released next month. He and Larson have been spotted together at several film festivals and movie premieres in recent weeks.

The actress and Pinault have named their daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault.
After the birth, Hayek's publicist confirmed the news of Hayek's new bundle of joy, but apart from saying that both mom and daughter were doing well, no other information was revealed.

Former American football star O.J. Simpson has denied that he robbed a sports memorabilia dealer at a hotel recently.
He pleaded his innocence, saying that the memorabilia in question was already stolen stuff.
"Everybody knows this is stolen stuff. Not only wasn't there a break-in, but Thomas Riccio (the auction house owner) escorted us up to the room. In any event, it's stolen stuff that's mine. Nobody was roughed up," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.
"I'm O.J. Simpson. How am I going to rob somebody and get away with it? This is somebody going to get his private (belongings) back. That's it. That's not robbery. I don't hang out with gangsters; I hang out with golfers," he added.
The sportsman-turned-actor allegedly raided a suite at the Palace Station Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas last Thursday, pretending to be part of a group interested in buying memorabilia items from collector Alfred Beardsley.
The articles included the suit that Simpson wore when he was acquitted of the double murder of his ex-wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994.
Simpson now faces charges including robbery with a deadly weapon, which carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison.

Former American football star O.J. Simpson has been charged with kidnapping and seven other felony counts in connection with an alleged armed robbery of sports merchandise in Las Vegas.
The 60-year-old star will face these charges, along with a misdemeanour, in the court on Wednesday morning.
The new charges are distinct from the original six counts levelled against Simpson, when he was booked into jail on Sunday.
Prosecutors announced on Tuesday that the charge of kidnapping with a deadly weapon had been added.
Simpson may face 30 years in prison on each robbery count should he be convicted, reports People magazine.
Three of his co-defendants have also been charged with the same counts, along with a misdemeanour charge of conspiracy to commit a crime.
The charges that Simpson faces include conspiracy to commit a kidnapping, kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon, burglary with use of a deadly weapon, robbery with use of a deadly weapon, assault with use of a deadly weapon, and coercion with use of a deadly weapon.
A decision on his bail is also expected to come during Wednesday morning's hearing.

Hudgens' fans have extended support in spite of the Disney star's nude photo scandal and sent her sympathy messages on MySpace.
"Vanessa stay strong! u will still be my role model," News.com.au quoted a fan, as writing.
Polling was conducted on the website, according to which more than 70 per cent of voters said that the emergence of the picture would not harm Hugdens's reputation, reports TimesOnline.
Her fans lashed out at the mystery person who surfaced the picture on the internet.
"I'm so so so so sorry about what happened I can't believe someone would do that to you it's just wrong," one wrote.
However, the actress released a statement apologising to fans.
"I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends," Hudgens said.
While the majority of fans stood by her, some were against her.

High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens has apologised to fans over revealing photographs of her that hit the Internet this week.
The raunchy pictures depict the 18-year-old posing in various states of undress, including completely naked.
In a statement issued on Sep 7, Hudgens asked for forgiveness from her fans, and said that the situation has left her embarrassed.
"I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust mean the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends," E! News quoted her, as saying.
The release of the images could pose trouble for Hudgens, who is currently in negotiations for a third "High School Musical" film. And sources are claiming that the Walt Disney Co., may have second thoughts about casting her in the light of the notorious episode.
However, Hudgens' rep, Jill Fritzo insists that all rumours that the singer-actress has been kicked out from future HSM productions are untrue. And the Disney Channel also appears to be standing by its leading lady.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been caught taking drugs and having sex in a toilet cubicle with a male patient while in rehab.
The 'Mean Girls' star was allegedly forced to undergo a drugs test by staff at Utah's Cirque Lodge facility, and the results came back positive.
Lindsay, 21, has now been warned if she does not stay clean she will be thrown out of the centre.
A source is quoted as saying: "Lindsay got called into the director's office on August 15 and was questioned about drugs. When ordered to take a drug test, she reluctantly complied but screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out the room. She was told that if she couldn't conform to the program she'd have to leave."
According to reports it is not Lindsay's first indiscretion since entering Cirque Lodge earlier this month.
She is said to have been caught having sex in a toilet cubicle with a male patient, and is reportedly frequently late to meetings and refuses to do any chores or menial tasks such as washing up.
Lindsay entered the rehab centre following her arrest on July 24 after she crashed her car following a high-speed car chase in Santa Monica. She was in possession of cocaine when she was taken into custody.
Last week, Lindsay pleaded guilty to two charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance (cocaine) and pleaded no contest to two charges of DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol). She also pleaded no contest to one charge of reckless driving.
After entering her plea bargain, she was sentenced to one day in jail and 36 months probation for her offences and ordered to undergo an 18-month alcohol rehabilitation program.
This is the troubled actress' third stint in rehab. She previously stayed at the Wonderland and Promises facilities in Los Angeles

Judge bans distribution of Anna Nicole Smith's boob job video

A Los Angeles judge has extended the order barring a plastic surgeon from profiting from a tape that shows the late model Anna Nicole Smith getting a boob job.
Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff made a permanent ruling on the basis of Smith’s partner Howard K. Stern’s request that sought the prohibition of the sale, distribution and dissemination of the tape by Dr. Gerald Wayne Johnson, reports E! Online.
Stern has alleged that Johnson has breached many laws by filming the whole surgery without the late model without her permission.
However, the doctor has defended himself and said that he always gets his patient’s permission and promises to keep all tapes confidential ‘during a patient's lifetime’.
On August 3, the judge had issued a permanent injunction blocking Johnson’s wife Alana from releasing the tape.
Though Beckloff did not want to include Alana in the injunction since she was not served papers in the case, he later considered she was only being evasive after she was involved in a high-speed chase to avoid being given court papers.
A hearing has been scheduled on September 14 to seek a progress review on whether Alan Johnson has been served papers or not.

According to the organizers, the notorious parade of topless porn stars, a lead up to the annual Erotica Expo, will attract a crowd of over 100,000 people, principally men, to the city's Queen street.
The parade, which starts at 12.45pm on August 29 and runs from upper Queen St to Quay St, is being seen as the biggest parade in New Zealand this year.
Parade organizer Sandy Watts said that it is for the first time that Auckland City Council has approved it without any objection. Last year Mayor Dick Hubbard supported attempts to ban the procession, saying it was degrading to women.
Watts said that organizers, who had met with council staff on several occasions this year to discuss the parade, were happy with the result.
However, Conservative family lobby group Family First NZ has condemned the Auckland City Council’s decision.
"This is a `lame duck' council who is not willing to act in the best interests of families and children," Stuff.co.nz quoted National Director Bob McCoskrie, as saying.

Women's organisations have slammed the magazine for its competition, branding it as being a poor-taste, unethical and possibly illegal.

NEW HUBBY IS NO STRANGER TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Just days after 's secret wedding was revealed, comes the disturbing news that he once beat up an ex-girlfriend during a drink-fuelled frenzy.
Belafonte lashed out at his then girlfriend, and mother of his young daughter, Nicole Contreras, on May 2003.
Contreras called the cops and Belafonte was then charged with battery and vandalising her phone, in which he reportedly spat into.
Court papers filed 24 hours later state that Belafonte of "willfully and unlawfully" using violence against Contreras.
At the time of his arrest, Belafonte pleaded "no contest" to the battery charge - which the judge stated was the same as a guilty plea, though later he stated that when pleading 'no contest', he had not realised he was admitting battering Nicole.
Belafonte narrowly escaped jail, but was given probation and forced to take part in a "Domestic Violence Batterers' Programme", reports the Mirror.
He began the programme in 2003, but was twice thrown out for skipping an excessive number of classes. The producer eventually completed the course in August 2005, at the time of which his tutor's report said: He has shown a good understanding of ways to channel his anger and remain violence-free."
However, it seems that this is not all that Belafonte has failed to mention to his new wife, for he also forgot to tell her, and to add on his wedding certificate, that he had also been married before.
In addition to this comes, another ex-girlfriend, also revealed that he had cheated on her throughout their relationship.
A friend of Scary Spice said that though the singer had been left shocked about Belafonte's past, she had always known that he was "no angel".

Jolie has never hidden the fact that she had enjoyed a ten-year relationship with model Jenny Shimizu, or that she used to cut herself with knives during sex.
But now the actress insists that her days of sleeping with women, and indulging in S&M are over.
“I’ve never hidden my bisexuality. But since I’ve been with Brad, there’s no longer a place for that or S&M in my life,” The Sun quoted her, as telling French magazine Public.
The Oscar winning star also revealed to the mag that Pitt trusts her not to cheat on him, and that’s why he lets her talk to anyone she wants to.
“He lets me talk to whomever I want. He has complete blind faith in me,” she said.

Washington, Aug 10 (ANI): Rumors are circulating that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are soon going to be on diaper duty once again, for the actress is reportedly expecting the couple’s second child.
Jolie had family, friends and fans alarmed when in the recent months, she started looking extremely thin and frail.
But now, she’s put on some weight again, and an insider said that it might be due to her pregnancy.
She also reportedly gave a sign at eldest son Maddox’s sixth birthday party over the Aug 4 weekend, when she kept touching her stomach “absent-mindedly”.
"Angie touched her belly absent-mindedly throughout the weekend. There was a definite protrusion from her belly," Life and Style quoted the source, as saying.
A friend of partner Brad Pitt also revealed that the actress has started taking care of herself.
“She finally got the message that people were worried and is taking care to eat well,” the pal said.
If the news is true, then the impending arrival will be the fifth child for Brangelina, and their second biological child. (ANI)

Joanna Krupa, who has been voted the world's most-beautiful woman by several magazines, became the latest celebrity to bare all in an anti-fur advertisement launched Thursday.
Wearing only spiked heels and pictured standing in front of the Hong Kong skyline, Krupa has been used by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) Asia-Pacific in its latest 'I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur' advert.
The photo of Krupa, which has sensitive areas either airbrushed or covered by a small purse, will appear in magazines and billboards.
Commenting on her support for the anti-fur campaign she said: 'There is nothing sexy about wearing something that is so obviously tied to senseless pain and killing.'
The campaign aims to draw attention to the inhumane treatment animals suffer in the name of fashion.
Other celebrities, who have bared all in previous PETA adverts, include Kim Basinger, Pamela Anderson and Christy Turlington.

Jennifer Lopez has been awarded nearly $545,000 in a lawsuit against her first husband, Ojani Noa, over his plans to publish a tell-all book claiming she had several affairs.
A court-ordered arbitrator made the decision in April in Lopez's breach-of-contract lawsuit against Noa, court papers filed Monday indicated. The figure includes only $200,000 in damages, with the rest going for arbitration costs and attorneys' fees.
Lopez's lawsuit claimed that Noa had violated a previous lawsuit settlement preventing him from revealing private information about their relationship.
The arbitrator also decided that a permanent injunction should be awarded against Noa that would bar him from "criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement" to the singer-actress.
Noa also would be directed to give Lopez or her attorney all copies of materials related to the book.
The arbitration decision was disclosed Monday when Lopez's attorney filed papers asking a Superior Court judge to confirm the award. A hearing in the case was scheduled for Sept. 5.
A call to Lopez's attorney, Paul N. Sorrell, wasn't immediately returned Wednesday.
Noa couldn't be located for comment.
Noa, 31, and Lopez, 39, married in February 1997 and were divorced 11 months later.
His unpublished, ghostwritten book alleges that during that time Lopez had multiple affairs, including one with her third and current husband, Marc Anthony, court documents indicated.
Her lawsuit claimed Noa offered not to publish the book in return for $5 million.
In 2004, Noa sued Lopez for breach of contract, claiming she lured him into taking a $1,000-a-week managerial job at her Pasadena restaurant, Madre's, and then fired him five months later.
Noa settled the case for $125,000 and agreed not to disclose private information about their relationship or to disparage Lopez, according to court papers.
Lopez's lawsuit claimed Noa's book plans breached that agreement.

Jolie drops battle over perfume named Shiloh

Angelina Jolie has dropped her legal battle with a perfume-maker who had named her fragrance 'Shiloh' - the same as Jolie's youngest daughter.
Jolie had filed a note with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in January this year after discovering that Symine Salimpour was naming her scent 'Shiloh'.
Salimpour, an Israeli/French perfume-maker, had insisted that she was not inspired by the celebrity baby, but by the Hebrew meaning of the name which means "his gift".
The Washington Post reveals that Jolie has called off her legal eagles, and that Salimpour now has the go ahead to market the product with the name.
She is getting ready for the first shipment of Shiloh to land in the United States, and insists that five percent of the perfume's profits will be going to an Israeli non profit organisation Beit Issie Shapiro that provides medical and educational services for disabled children.
"In Hebrew, Shiloh means 'his gift.'. And I will use the perfume to give something back to the children of Israel and the Middle East," the paper quoted her, as saying.
Part of the confusion over the name existed because though Salimpour began development of the fragrance two years ago, her application to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office did not occur until June 19, 2006, nearly a month after Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's daughter Shiloh was born on May 27.
